The meeting can take place online via video call or in person and the duration of the interview can vary from 60 to 90 minutes.
I start with a series of specific questions necessary to gather information on:
- Condition of hair and skin;
- Specific characteristics and needs;
- Any critical issues to be resolved.
I then move on to sharing my assessment of your situation and I will tell you what you need to do by explaining the step by step routine with focus on:
- Products and tools to use;
- How to detangle and manipulate your hair.
Within 48/72 hours of the interview I will send you a FORM containing detailed information on:
- Indication of doses of any preparations;
- Times and methods of application of the products;
- Wash time steps;
- Drying and finishing;
- Hydration refresh routine;
- Scalp care;
- Miscellaneous and useful for the correct implementation of the routine.
When setting up the routine I take into account your familiarity and your availability of time to dedicate to the treatment.

TERMS OF SERVICE
The service is provided exclusively upon advance payment of the same.
The meeting must take place within two weeks of purchase.
If you are unable to show up on the established date, it will be possible to set a new one. If the location of the service is OFF-SITE or AT HOME , the recovery will take place online or on-site and there is no refund of the price difference.
In any case the new meeting must be held within one month of purchasing the service . Upon expiration of this deadline the right to receive the service will cease and the sum paid will be retained in full.
For appointments scheduled as part of the ON THE ROAD initiative : if I cancel the stage after payment has already been received, I will promptly refund the amount paid.
If you are purchasing as a gift, I ask you to specify it in the 'NOTE' space on the cart page and you will be contacted* to agree on the methods of providing the service.
